The Woodleigh Residences is a new development made by Kajima Development and Singapore Press Holding next to Woodleigh MRT Station on 99 years leasehold basis. Callisto 1 and Elara 1 submitted the top bid for this plot of land for their parent companies Kajima Development and Singapore Press Holdings. The prime piece of land for commercial units and residential units received the top bid for $1,132 million. Mix development was planned on this piece of land as a similar development exists next to Sherangoon MRT station at Upper Sherangoon Road.
